Your Heart Is Allowed to Break. You're Still Allowed to Heal.
If the end of a relationship, a divorce, or a love you can't quite let go of has left you anxious, exhausted, and unsure of who you are without it — you're not too much, and you're not broken. You're in the middle of one of life's hardest transitions, and you don't have to move through it alone.
Hi, I'm Rose.
I'm Rose Andre, and I specialize in helping people through the specific, disorienting pain of a relationship ending — whether that's a breakup, a divorce, or the slow loss of a relationship that used to feel like home.
I don't believe you're here because something is fundamentally wrong with you. I believe you're here because you're a person with a nervous system, an attachment history, and a heart — and right now, all three need support.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're exactly where you need to be.
Breakups don't just hurt your heart — they hijack your nervous system, your sense of identity, and your ability to trust your own judgment.
- The Replay Loop: You can't stop rerunning the relationship — searching for the moment it broke, the thing you should have said, the version of you that could have made them stay.
- The Anxious Body: Your phone feels like a lifeline. You check it, check their socials, check your own reflection for proof you're okay. Your chest is tight and your sleep is gone.
- Grief That Won't Follow a Schedule: You feel fine for a day, then it flattens you again. Grief doesn't move in a straight line, no matter how many people tell you it should.
- The Bigger Questions: Underneath the immediate pain, you're asking harder ones: Who am I without this? Will I always attract this pattern? Can I actually trust myself?
Services
- Breakup & Divorce Recovery — Whether you're weeks out from a breakup or years into an amicable-on-paper divorce that still hurts, we'll work through the shock, the loneliness, the identity questions, and the practical realities of rebuilding a life you didn't picture living alone. There's no timeline you're supposed to be on — we'll go at the pace your nervous system can actually handle.
- IFS Therapy (Internal Family Systems) — IFS is the foundation of how I work. Instead of treating your anxiety, anger, or shutdown as problems to eliminate, we'll get to know them as parts of you — each with a job, a fear, and a story. As we build trust with those parts, you'll likely notice you feel less at war with yourself, and more able to respond to hard moments instead of being run by them. This work goes beneath "coping skills" into the actual architecture of why you feel what you feel.
- Anxious Attachment & Relationship Patterns — If you find yourself anxious in relationships — overanalyzing texts, fearing abandonment, losing yourself to keep someone close — we'll trace that pattern to where it started, usually long before this relationship. Understanding your attachment style isn't about blame. It's about giving you real choice in how you show up next time.
- Grief & Loss Therapy — Losing a relationship is a legitimate loss — of a person, a future, a version of yourself — even though there's no funeral and few people checking in on you a month later. This work makes room for that grief fully, without rushing you toward "moving on" before you're ready.
- LGBTQ+ & Relationship Therapy — You deserve a therapist who understands the layered realities of queer relationships and identity without needing an explanation first. This is affirming, judgment-free space to work through relationship endings, relationship patterns, and everything tangled up in both.

Frequently asked
What kind of therapy do you do?
I work primarily through Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a gentle, evidence-based approach that treats you as a whole system of parts rather than a problem to fix. It's especially powerful for heartbreak, grief, and the patterns underneath them.
Do you only see people going through breakups?
Breakups, divorce, and relationship grief are my heart — but the work goes deeper than any one ending. We heal the patterns that made the loss land the way it did.
Where are you located?
My office is at 4885 S 900 E, Suite 307, Murray, Utah 84117, and I see clients via telehealth across Utah.
